I Joined A New Gym


Who the hell knew finding the right gym was like finding the right job or school?! I signed up for a few different gyms before I finally settled on my current gym. I am so glad that I made the decision to go with this gym because I am able to take classes! Now to get over this stupid gym intimidation that I suffer from. *rolls eyes*

I've been on this "Lifestyle Change" for what seems like forever, and part of the change is becoming more active and going to the gym consistently. A friend sent me an article a couple years back when I first started my job, about how your desk job is killing you and when I read that, I had to try to incorporate activity in my work day. 

Joining a gym was just one step that I need to take in my weightloss/lifestyle change journey thing I'm on. I may get into the woes of trying to lose weight, but I'm tired and don't feel like getting in my feelings. 

What are some of your favorite workouts to do?
